3rd annual Herriman chalk art festival! Location: J Lynn Crane Park (5373 Main St). Check in: 9am at the registration booth. Artists can choose which spot they want. Voting: Each artist slot will be assigned a number. The public can vote on their favorite chalk piece by using the QR codes until voting ends (time TBD). Winners will be announced later that afternoon (time TBD).
